This policy explains how personal information supplied through this website will be handled.

The website is currently in staging. The legal identity of the data controller and the roofing business responding to enquiries will be confirmed here before the website is released for public lead generation. Privacy questions can be sent to our contact form.

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect the details needed to understand and answer it.

• Name, telephone number and, if provided, email address.
• Postcode, service selected and the details you choose to include about the roof or property.
• Basic technical information processed in normal website security and hosting logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request.

How and why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond to you, discuss the work requested, prepare or manage a quotation, arrange work where agreed, and keep appropriate business records. This is normally necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, to perform a contract once work is agreed, or for our legitimate interests in running and protecting the business.

We do not sell enquiry data. We will only use contact details for marketing where you have made a separate, clear choice to receive it.

Who may process your information

Information may be accessed by the website operator and the roofing business selected to respond to the enquiry. Form submissions are processed and stored by Formspree. The website is hosted by Vercel, which processes normal hosting and security data.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are normally kept for up to 12 months. Copies held by Formspree follow the retention period and account settings applying to the form service. Quotation, contract and work records may be kept for up to six years where needed for accounting, tax, contract or legal purposes. We delete or securely anonymise information when it is no longer needed.

Your rights and complaints

You may ask for access to your information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction, or to object to processing in the circumstances allowed by law. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when the form, lead-handling tools, analytics or business contact details change. The latest version will always be published on this page.
